This course is recommended for healthcare students and licensed healthcare professionals who desire to obtain initial or renewal BLS certification.

Course Content:
High-quality CPR for adults, children, and infants
Chain of survival
Safe and effective AED operation
Efficient ventilations utilizing a barrier device
Team dynamics in resuscitation
Relief of foreign-body airway obstruction (choking) for adults and infants
Participants must complete all of the following components to receive certification:
In-person classroom-based education
In-person skills practice
In-person skills test
Class duration:
Full BLS Course: 4 - 4.5 hours
Renewal BLS Course: 3 - 3.5 hours
*Individual learner times will vary.

Online course linked below (completed at home prior to in-person skills practice & test)
In-person skills practice
In-person skills test
Class duration:
Online component is approximately 1-2 hours.
In-person skills session is 1 - 2 hours.
